A leading South Asian brewery with a strong global presence set out to transform its finance function to better support business growth. Faced with manual, people-dependent processes and inefficiencies across finance function, the company needed a scalable, future-ready model.

Protiviti transformed the finance organization of the client by streamlining operations and implementing a tech-enabled model. The engagement spanned five verticals – Corporate, Commercial, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Shared Services – delivered through a structured five-phase approach of gap analysis, competency assessments, operating model redesign, automation enablement, and role realignment.
