Students and Graduates

When you apply for a role at Protiviti, we want you to feel empowered and informed every step of the way. Here’s what you can expect throughout the recruiting process.

When applications become available, you'll find an ‘Appy now’ link on our students and graduates webpage. There, you'll need to tackle a series of questions and submit a few documents, including:

• Your CV: Highlight your past work experiences, extracurricular activities, academic background, volunteer work, and any other qualifications. We're on the lookout for future leaders, so anything that showcases your motivation, proactive nature, and interest in your chosen field will make a significant impression!
• A cover letter: Introduce yourself, express your passion for a specific discipline, and outline your career aspirations. Don't forget to proofread for any typos!
• Your academic transcripts
• Proof of your right to work: Provide a scan or copy of your birth certificate, passport, or visa (including a VEVO check if applicable).

Initial face-to-face coffee meeting:
If your online application is successful, you'll receive an invitation for an informal coffee chat with a Protiviti team member. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your experiences, and for you to ask any questions you may have about Protiviti!

Protiviti assessment centre:
If things continue to progress positively, you'll be invited to participate in an in-person assessment centre. Here, you'll engage in various activities, both individually and collaboratively, within a group setting.

Offer notification:
Following the assessment centre, our recruitment team will evaluate your performance and reach out to you with the outcome of your application.

Regardless of the outcome, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. We prioritise transparency throughout the process, ensuring you have all the information needed to make an informed decision about joining Protiviti.
