Victoria is a director in our business performance improvement team with a specific focus on people advisory and organisational change. With over 20 years’ experience in both strategic and operational HR functions, Victoria believes that well considered workforce management, planning, and development is critical to organisational success.  She is focused on working with clients to understand their workforce issues and find practical solutions that align with their organisation’s goals and objectives.

Victoria has a specific interest in talent management and how to leverage the benefits of multi-generational workforces.

Major Projects:

  • Workforce audits and reviews: Victoria has undertaken a wide range of HR audits and reviews for both government and private sector clients including specialist areas such as talent management, work health and safety, onboarding and offboarding and new ways of working.
  • Change management: Victoria supported a project team of a large government department to build and implement a complex change management plan that was designed to ensure a staged and structured approach to the transformation that would enable sustained long-term change.
  • Workforce redesign: Victoria worked with a large private sector client to analyse and map the workforce capability of one of their business areas.  This enabled the development of a contemporary operating model that aligned to changing business needs and new organisational frameworks.
  • Employee engagement: Victoria has supported both government and private sector teams to define, develop and communicate their culture (ways of working). This has included defining team values, behaviours and practices that align to organisational objectives.
