DeLoach is being recognized in the Governance Professionals and Institutions category. The NACD Directorship 100 list, published annually, identifies the most influential members of the boardroom community including directors, corporate governance experts, journalists, regulators and advisors.

"Jim has evolved into one of the most well-respected and trusted leaders in the corporate governance arena. His deep insights into the integration of business strategy and risk management have positioned him as a top industry expert and thought leader,” said Joseph Tarantino, president and CEO, Protiviti. “We’re extremely proud of Jim for receiving this honor yet again from the NACD, which further solidifies his role as a leader in the governance and risk management space and emphasizes his continued contributions to the industry.”

With more than 40 years of experience, DeLoach focuses on helping organizations successfully respond to government mandates, shareholder demands and a changing business environment in a cost-effective and sustainable manner. Additionally, DeLoach contributes monthly articles to and the NACD publication Directorship. He is based in Protiviti's Houston office.

"NACD is honored to recognize the achievements and commitment to boardroom excellence exemplified by these exceptional individuals.
