Celebrating our Protiviti family
It's a great pleasure to announce our 2018 midyear promotions effective in July. Please join us in recognizing these individuals for their well-deserved and hard-earned career advancement. Their dedication to our people and clients as demonstrated by their ability to Live Our Promises is something to celebrate and commemorate!
Meet some of our new promotes!
Rachel Kraut, who joined Protiviti in 2013, has been promoted to manager in the firm’s talent management team. Rachel specializes in project placement within the U.S. for Protiviti’s Technology Consulting practice and is based out of the firm’s Chicago office. In 2015, Rachel briefly left Protiviti to relocate to Madison with her husband in a move associated with his career. Six months later, she called Protiviti to see if there might be a role for her that she could manage from her new location. Protiviti was glad to offer her a job within the talent management function that would allow her to work remotely from Madison for the majority of her time. Nearly three years later, she has no regrets about making that call! To celebrate her promotion, Rachel plans to have the first night out with her husband since welcoming the newest addition to the family, Julian!
Based in Protiviti’s New York City office, Razia Khan has been promoted to senior consultant in its Risk and Compliance practice. Razia joined Protiviti after graduating from St John’s University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in international studies for which she studied in several European countries. She attributes her career success in part to Protiviti’s Advisor program, which helps new employees set their career goals with personal mentoring from local leaders. She also attributes it to the firm’s ‘open door’ culture, which makes it easy for new employees to ask questions and learn on client engagements in real time, as well as through the firm’s extensive formal and informal training programs. Razia will be marking her promotion with a meal at a five-star New York City restaurant – thanks to her parents who plan to take their daughter out on the town to celebrate!
Zenobia Maknojia has been promoted to senior consultant in Protiviti’s Technology Consulting practice where she works on IT consulting, IT audit and IT SOX engagements. Zenobia originally came to Protiviti as an intern in 2015. She enjoyed the experience so much that she was thrilled to accept an offer to join its Houston office after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A in management information systems. She credits the firm’s internal training programs, strong support from her managers and peers and being able to work on client projects from the outset as key to her success and plans to celebrate with a meal out as soon as possible!
Courtney McCune has been promoted to senior consultant in Protiviti’s Internal Audit and Financial Advisory solution. Courtney graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A in finance before joining Protiviti in 2016 and is now based in the firm’s Atlanta office. She sees her career success as stemming from her active decision to make the most of the mentoring program offered, to always ask questions and to take full advantage of the firm’s many formal training programs. She plans to celebrate her promotion with family and friends during an upcoming vacation trip to Mexico.
Based in Protiviti’s Alexandria, VA office, Ryan Clapman has been promoted to senior consultant within the firm’s Technology Consulting solution. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business information technology from Virginia Tech with a focus on operations and supply chain management, Ryan joined Protiviti in 2016. He enjoys what he considers to be the firm’s very positive work/life balance, finds working on client engagements rewarding and appreciates the firm’s culture that encourages employees to ask questions and learn new skills. To celebrate this career milestone, Ryan plans to take his fiancée out for dinner.
Rajat Anand, who has been promoted to manager, focuses on software services within Protiviti’s Technology Consulting practice. Based in India, Rajat joined Protiviti in 2010 as a technical support consultant and has been able to grow his career to his current position as leader of the firm’s Release Management/DevOps domain. He is grateful to have been given the chance to learn and hone his skills while working on a variety of technical platforms and credits team members and mentors with helping him to advance. He plans to celebrate his promotion with the colleagues and friends who have been by his side throughout his Protiviti journey.
Based in Protiviti’s Dallas office, Preeti Bhanwadia has been promoted to manager within the firm’s Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice. Preeti, who joined Protiviti three years ago, focused initially on the business process side of the practice. However, when she found herself increasingly interested in the IT aspect of internal audit, Protiviti enabled her to the necessary skills to become a technology specialist within the practice. She is appreciative of this support and also of the ‘family’ she has found for herself among her Protiviti colleagues in Dallas, as she is many miles away from her own family in her home state of Florida.
