Ghislaine assists clients with a wide range of projects including digital technologies, program and change management, data governance, finance transformation, customer-centric design and IT strategy.
Hellen Thomas – Internal Audit and Financial Advisory – Canberra, AUS
Hellen has more than 20 years’ experience in delivering IT risk and audit services to clients in the government, financial services, education and private sectors. She specializes in IT governance, cyber security, data governance and analytics, busines resilience and IT project assurance.

Takuro Aoyama - Internal Audit and Financial Advisory – Tokyo, Japan
Takuro has extensive experience in engaging and advising new clients in financial services, consumer products, pharmaceutical and manufacturing organizations with internal audit transformation initiatives, such as next-gen internal audit, Quality Assurance review and strategic co-sourcing in Japan. He is a regular speaker at The IIA Japan conference and leads the IA thought leadership in Japan.
Tetsuro Okazawa - Internal Audit and Financial Advisory – Tokyo, Japan
Tetsuro delivers Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial process optimization, IFRS implementation consulting and accounting advisory services to Protiviti’s clients in Japan. He manages one of Protiviti Japan’s key strategic accounts, a global organization, by partnering with teams from Protiviti’s Technology Consulting and Business Performance Improvement practices to deliver multi-year SAP internal control implementation solutions.
Ann Koh - Internal Audit and Financial Advisory – Singapore
Ann leads risk management, finance process improvement, internal control and FCPA review engagements for Protiviti Singapore. She specializes in working with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, energy and marine industry sectors.
Andrej Greindl – Technology Consulting & IT Audit – Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany
Andrej co-leads the technology and IT audit services for Protiviti Germany. He advises organizations in a range of industries on cyber and information security, IT audit and regulatory compliance issues and helps them to develop effective governance structures, processes and management systems.
Erwin de Man – Business Performance Improvement – Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany
Erwin leads Protiviti’s Finance & Performance Management services in Germany and has international experience in advising corporations of all sizes on process optimization and automation by deploying new technologies, including robotic process automation, process mining, artificial intelligence and workflow platforms.
Tjakko de Boer – Technology Consulting - Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Tjakko has more than 20 years’ experience in advising Protiviti’s European clients on ways to improve their performance and operational efficiencies, including optimal IT strategies, digital and business intelligence solutions and GDPR compliance. He specializes in IT governance, security and privacy and leads the Netherlands’ largest projects in these solutions with several financial institutions and clients in the M&D industry.
Philip Greaves – Technology Consulting – London, U.K.
Philip leads Protiviti U.K.’s Technology Strategy and Operations and Privacy practices. He specializes in delivering large IT risk management programs across a wide variety of client engagements, including security and privacy transformation, IT process implementation and IT risk and control. He also advises clients across multiple industries on GDPR compliance.
Corey Harrison – Technology Consulting – Chicago
Corey is a leader in the Cloud Applications practice which focuses on planning, migration and deployment of the Microsoft 365 and MS Information Protection applications. Corey’s industry expertise includes financial services, legal and manufacturing and he is a frequent collaborator with Protiviti’s security, analytics and cloud teams to provide comprehensive cloud services to clients.

With more than 20 years of internal audit consulting experience, Keith provides advisory services to clients across a broad range of industries. He leads Protiviti’s Managed Business Services practice in Philadelphia and works closely with industry teams across the firm and its Robert Half partners to provide clients with holistic business solutions.

A former regulator, Thomas is a subject-matter expert across multiple areas within the financial services sector. He brings a strong regulatory perspective to the firm’s financial services clients and advises them on how to improve their operational resiliency.

Kevin specializes in advising and assisting clients with the implementation of EAS Oracle solutions and Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications. Bob is an SAP data and analytics expert and leads the Applications Managed Services team within Protiviti’s Technology Consulting practice. Addie Nickle – Business Performance Improvement – Houston
Addie works with Protiviti’s energy industry clients on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and business process improvement. She is also an integral part of the Managed Business Services team and works closely with colleagues across the firm to develop and implement managed business services solutions for clients. In 2018, Addie was named a ‘Rising Star’ by Consulting magazine.

Brad has over 16 years’ experience in providing internal audit services to financial institutions including Protiviti’s largest financial services clients. He also leads a variety of co-sourced and outsourced internal audit engagements and is experienced in all facets of banking including operational, credit, financial, and regulatory reviews.
John Garris – Business Performance Improvement – Houston
John specializes in offering managed business services to clients with a focus on public company transformation, accounting projects, technical accounting, process automation and establishing shared service centers. He works with teams to provide clients with solution-based deliverables using a flexible labor model that gives insight and visibility to management.
Phillip Johnson – Internal Audit and Financial Advisory – Dallas
Phillip leads multiple account management teams that assist Protiviti’s retail and restaurant clients with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, lease accounting, pre-IPO assessments and next-generation internal audit services. He is an expert in solving clients’ complex accounting issues, Sarbanes-Oxley and helping clients develop their next-generation internal audit functions to meet future challenges.

Kisha advises Protiviti’s financial services industry clients on regulatory risk and compliance issues, including program builds, gap analyses and process reengineering. She also brings experience and expertise in designing and implementing compliance management systems.

Adam is a subject-matter expert in multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, cloud architecture, virtualization, enterprise and network security, BYOD and vendor management. He is in demand as a public speaker and has presented at Defcon and several regional Bsides conferences.

A practicing forensic professional and researcher for more than 20 years, Kall is Protiviti’s U.S. practice leader for information security incident response. He specializes in going beyond network forensics to help clients fully integrate incident response with their business process. Kall has published several articles and books about digital forensics and incident response.

Matthew Borowiak – Finance & Operations
Matt is Protiviti’s Operations Controller and oversees Strategic Activity Transform Engagement Operations for North America, with a focus on investment management, engagement economics and related profitability. He also is responsible for Global Industry and Solutions financial operations.
Misty Eckart – Finance & Operations
Misty is Protiviti’s Corporate Controller and leader of its financial planning, analysis and business intelligence teams. She oversees all aspects of annual budgeting, continuous forecasting, profitability, and cost management for North America and is responsible for the consolidation of Protiviti’s global financial results.
Tejaswi Aneja – Operations
Tejaswi leads the Protiviti Capability Center based in New Delhi, India, which supports Protiviti’s KnowledgeLeader function and provides additional research, marketing and software services globally to Protiviti and parent company, Robert Half.
Megan Giezen – Human Resources
Megan leads Protiviti’s international Human Resources team and supports the Executive Vice President of International Operations. She is responsible for delivering and supporting Protiviti’s global HR strategy outside North America.
