Nancy is the Managing Director of Protiviti’s St. Louis office and the Regional Managing Director for the US-Central Region. She has over 40 years of client service experience as a former external audit partner at Arthur Andersen. During her years with Arthur Andersen, Nancy served in a number of global leadership positions. Nancy led the Enterprise Group market segment that specialized in serving privately held companies and IPOs. Nancy’s experience includes internal audit, process reengineering projects, special investigations and outsourcing engagements for companies across a variety of industries. Nancy’s primary area of expertise is related to internal controls, corporate governance, special investigations, and the finance function.
Post Arthur Andersen, Nancy served 2 years on the Board and Audit Committee of a publicly held financial institution during the post-Sarbanes-Oxley enactment period.
n 2002, Nancy joined the accounting faculty of the Olin School of Business at Washington University teaching auditing and financial reporting.
Nancy’s leadership experience includes serving on the Board and as President of the Missouri State Board of Accountancy and on a number of not-for-profit Boards including the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute, Center for Emerging Technology, Mentor St. Louis, VNA and the Missouri Women’s Forum.
