Keith is an Associate Director in the St. Louis office. Keith has over 15 years of business and technology experience in managing the evaluation, implementation, and support of application and technical infrastructure solutions, including Microsoft, Oracle, Hitachi, EMC, and custom systems as well as helping companies assess their technology architecture to align the IT portfolio roadmap with strategic objectives. Keith has served a variety of clients in the manufacturing, distribution, technology, professional services and financial services industries.
Prior to joining Protiviti, Keith was the Director of Application Development for the public manufacturing and retail company Brown Shoe. His primary focus was overseeing the eCommerce division growing revenues from $22 million to $135 million. Specifically focusing on enterprise architecture and integrating eCommerce and mobile capabilities.
Financial Services Company: Assisted architecture team in developing architectural strategy:
Developed five year strategy for the core repository and shared data environment focusing on enterprise architecture, infrastructure architecture, data management, and business continuity (application impact, service levels: SLA, RPO, RTO, and protecting operational / analytic workload).
Performed a validating proof of concept (including functional and scale tests) that focused on fit for purpose and alignment to strategic goals.
Led the adoption of an architectural strategy that’s objective includes cost containment, platform rationalization, virtualization and consolidation onto open systems commodity hardware.
Successfully implemented core Oracle DBMS re-platform which involved a data center move, new storage, new grid architecture, and new application software stack. Implementation included the transition and remediation of more than 100 critical field facing applications.
Financial Services Company: Assisted infrastructure team in one of the largest FSI mergers in US history:
Redesigned demand management processes to effectively capture incoming demand
Triaged project requests, assess architectural alignment / impact and evaluated project risk
Created roadmaps for major integration driven IT projects (infrastructure and application)
Performed critical system review of key external partner which included collecting substantial architectural and operational artifacts and managing a cross functional team consisting of business and IT as well as internal and external resources.
