He has over 16 years of experience in the Commercial Aerospace, Defense Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Consumer Goods, and Information Technology industries. Throughout his career, Joe has designed, managed, and deployed technology strategies and solutions aimed at minimizing data redundancy, retiring legacy systems, and integrating software applications to streamline end-user adoption.
Naveen is a Director in Protiviti’s TechnologyConsulting group. He has over 10 years of experience in leading global transformation programs and implementations in the Financial Services Industry across a number of areas within the IT discipline ranging from IT carve outs pre and post Merger and Acquisitions transactions, application product development, packaged software implementations and Infrastructure deployments.
Sofia is an Associate Director in the Protiviti’s Technology Consulting Practice. She has over twenty-five years of product management/development and program management experience across a number of different industries including financial, educational and consumer products. Her experience includes managing Agile/Scrum and SAFe transformations, Change Management, Employee Engagement efforts and identification of company areas of improvement. She has her PMP, SAFe and CEP certifications. She received her BS and MBA degrees from Pace University in New York City.
Tom is an Associate Director in our Technology Strategy Operations (TSO) practice. He brings over 20 years of experience in transformation and IT service delivery with consistent record of operations management and effective IT governance and oversight deploying end-to-end solutions involving M&A integrations, product enhancements, process automation, regulatory, risk / control, and technology service delivery. He is a proactive partner and problem solver with extensive experience in program and project management, technology integration, business process improvement, change management, identify access management, agile transformation, and executive communications spanning across enterprise and line-of-business initiatives.
