Webcast - Operationalizing and Optimizing Data Subject Rights (DSR) Management

Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations are taking exceptional measures to safeguard stakeholders, while also maintaining “business-as-usual.” These changes may include collecting atypical information from personnel, such as device location data, proximity to others, or body temperature. Processing this personal data is subject to strict compliance requirements from global privacy regulations. The GDPR, the CCPA, and the quilt of new and proposed privacy regulations are empowering customers by providing them with specific rights to the personal data that businesses collect from them. But this new wave of empowerment poses many challenges for the businesses collecting said data.

This webinar will highlight the challenges of processing privacy requests and explore comprehensive solutions that organizations can adopt to comply with, optimize, and scale the new (and future) requirements.

Following this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Design and optimize your DSR requests process
  • Outline operational considerations for finding PI and exporting data
  • Explain all aspects of fulfilling data erasure requests
  • Identify useful DSR tools and debunk automation expectations
