Vijan Patel is a Director at Protiviti with responsibility for leading the Houston SAP Consulting practice. He has over 11 years of experience with assisting organizations address their most significant application and information technology challenges. His experience includes SAP GRC implementations, SAP implementation/PMO assistance, general/automated control reviews, security design and remediation, and SAP-specific internal audits. Vijan is a frequent speaker on these topics at SAPinsider and other professional events. Vijan currently holds his CIA, CISA, CSM, and CRMA certifications.
John is an Associate Director within the SAP Ecosystem practice in Protiviti’s New York Office with nine years of experience. His focus is on helping companies effectively assess and control Segregation of Duties (SOD) risk through user security and role remediation, SOD quantification, and the implementation of automated solutions like SAP Access Control (GRC) and SAP Access Violation Management by Greenlight (AVM). He has primarily lead SAP Security engagements and has implemented AVM for multiple global manufacturing companies over the past five years. John currently holds a CISA certification.
