Your Virtual Workplace: Leveraging Microsoft Teams for Your Remote Workforce
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to disrupt business activity across the globe, organizations are reacting to unexpected challenges and adopting new business practices to align with social distancing, school closures and other public health measures. With this, organizations require a sudden shift to employees working from home, most literally overnight. A modernized collaboration and communications platform, like Microsoft Teams, is the key to your organization’s new virtual workplace allowing your employees to stay engaged, collaborate effectively in a secure and compliant way, and avoid business disruptions during these challenging times.
Microsoft Teams is designed for teamwork and flexibility to connect your organization, modernize the way employees work, and enable better project collaboration. It is integrated with the Office 365 suite of products you already know and use such as Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer, and more. It can empower working groups with unified communications and extend to connect disjointed applications all while providing a seamless transition between mobile and desktop.
During this webinar, Microsoft MVP’s Haniel Croitoru and Drew Madelung will discuss their experience rolling out Microsoft Teams to organizations of all sizes. Specifically, they will discuss:
- An overview of Microsoft Teams functionalities
- Capabilities to ensure your information is secured and compliant
- Preparing users in your organization and planning for ongoing change management and adoption
- Best practices for a roll-out or quick deployments
- Taking Teams with you from your PC to your mobile device
