Leveraging the Cloud to Achieve Digital Transformation

Leveraging the Cloud to Achieve Digital Transformation

What you need to know about Migrating and Modernizing

Following our December 2018 joint event with Microsoft discussing modernization and migration to the cloud, Protiviti invites you to the Microsoft Technology Center in Manhattan for an exclusive executive roundtable exploring how organizations are leveraging the cloud to achieve digital transformation strategies.

While the cloud is not a new topic, many are in the middle of or beginning a cloud journey. Significant business decisions and migration milestones lie ahead. At the same time, these organizations appreciate the rapidly changing technology landscape and, regardless of industry, understand that transformation driven by technology will be essential for success, or even survival.

We will explore the intersection of these two topics. The event will be part presentation, part facilitated peer discussion of cloud migration strategies and approaches, and how they intersect with and support digital transformation strategies, including:

  • Understanding the broad digital transformation and technology innovation strategic landscape
  • Understanding common business objectives supported by cloud technologies
  • How to make best use of different cloud operating and pricing models
  • “Lift and shift” vs modernizing
  • Emerging cloud-based technologies and services to be aware of that offer disruptive capabilities across industries
  • Common challenges to successful cloud implementations
  • Understand how to position your organization for success in beginning or continuing your cloud journey
