Chicago Privacy Compliance Panel

Chicago Privacy Compliance Panel

With the implementation of the European Union’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that went into effect on May 25, 2018, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) that will go into effect January 1, 2020, organizations will need to understand the impacts of these new regulatory requirements, assess and remediate privacy gaps, and potentially implement new processes and technologies to achieve and maintain compliance.

You are invited to join your industry peers and Protiviti leaders for a panel discussion on:

  • How to build a Privacy & Data Protection Program
  • Understanding the scope of GDPR and CCPA regulations and how they may apply to your business
  • Identifying the “aftermath” of the GDPR – what companies have done and what they are planning to do over the next 12 months
