Tony leads Protiviti’s Technology Industry practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, working with the firm’s major technology industry clients to support public company transformation efforts, achieve internal audit and finance organization objectives, advise on enterprise risk management, and assist in scaling internal audit and compliance functions.
Esther Delgado - Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – London, U.K.
Esther plays a key role driving Protiviti’s next-gen internal audit offering in the U.K. She also leads large co-source engagements and sponsors the controls advisory offering, including Protiviti’s Sarbanes-Oxley capabilities. Esther specializes in helping clients primarily in the pharma, biotech and FMCG (consumer goods) sectors to enhance their risk and control frameworks and transform their internal audit capabilities through the use of techniques such as dynamic risk assessments and process mining.

A CPA, Sharon has more than 12 years’ experience in developing internal audit functions for newly public companies and managing her clients’ Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal audit outsourcing requirements.
