Ram Balakrishnan – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – Toronto, Canada
Ram leads Protiviti’s Internal Audit & Financial Advisory practice in Canada, which has seen positive growth from 2015 to 2018. Under his leadership, the practice recently provided services for several new clients as well as for many of our established clients.
Joe Breithaupt – Technology Consulting – Atlanta
Joe is a key leader of Protiviti’s technology strategy and operations practice in Atlanta. He managed a key client’s Portfolio and Project Management implementation and is recognized as an expert in business continuity management, IT strategy development, IT asset management and enterprise architecture.
Roland Carandang – Technology Consulting – London, U.K.
Roland leads Protiviti’s Digital Identity and Access Management practice in the U.K. where he manages several strategic accounts. Now based in London, Roland previously served Protiviti clients in the U.S. and Australia.
Jon Critelli – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – Atlanta
Jon leads Protiviti’s Capital Projects Consulting group and serves clients across Protiviti offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Denver, and Los Angeles.
Ashley Cuevas – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – Houston
Ashley has deep experience and skills in the Enterprise Resource Planning space. In addition to serving clients, she has published whitepapers, developed and presented trainings and facilitated Protiviti roundtables on ERP-related topics. In 2016, Ashley was recognized as a Rising Star of the Consulting Profession by Consulting magazine.
Jenna Fitzsimmons – Risk & Compliance – Cincinnati
Jenna has served in key leadership roles on high-profile projects with several of Protiviti’s most strategic financial services clients. She focuses on guiding large teams in delivering complex solutions that help clients strengthen risk management practices and meet regulatory requirements. In 2018, Jenna was recognized as one of Consulting magazine’s Rising Stars of the Consulting Profession.
Fumihito Fujiwara – Technology Consulting – Tokyo, Japan
Fumihito excels at creating standardized service models and then leveraging those models to serve other Protiviti clients. He leads a broad range of services from internal audit to business performance improvement based on his broad skillset and strong project management capabilities.
Andrea Giacobetti – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – Milan, Italy
Andrea uses his internal audit expertise to serve Protiviti’s clients in the pharma and aviation industries in the Italy market.
Mark Gosnell – Business Performance Improvement – Los Angeles
Mark works closely with Protiviti parent company Robert Half to deliver managed business solutions to clients. He also serves on the firm’s local Business Performance Improvement leadership team and is the Los Angeles office lead for robotic process automation and process mining.
Tyler Graham – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – San Francisco
Tyler serves many of Protiviti’s financial services clients in the U.S. West region and is a critical contributor to our Financial Services Industry training for his fellow consultants.
Peter Grasegger – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – Munich, Germany
Peter is known for his excellent client service. To help meet a variety of client needs, he often applies the Managed Business Services approach to provide cost-effective solutions for his clients.

Matthias specializes in corporate strategy, performance management and transformation, and is an advocate for a Managed Business Services approach to solving clients’ business needs.

Michelle is a strong internal audit leader serving clients in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of risk and compliance issues. John Livingood – Technology Consulting – San Francisco
John is one of Protiviti’s experts in the technology consulting practice focused on SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other on-premise, cloud-based, or hybrid enterprise applications and ERPs. He often speaks at conferences and other professional events on ERP and related specialized system topics.
Eric Portlock – Business Performance Improvement – Denver
An expert in helping Protiviti clients to improve their business performance, Eric has played a key role in many of Protiviti’s clients’ large capital projects across several industries including software, energy, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
Angelo Poulikakos – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory (Technology Focus) – Chicago
Angelo has a deep knowledge of IT audit, compliance and robotic process automation (RPA). He helps lead Protiviti’s RPA go-to-market strategy and plays a key role in training the firm’s global workforce. Angelo was the recipient of a Consulting magazine Rising Stars of the Consulting Profession award in 2017.
Erin Progelhof – Business Performance Improvement – Dallas
Erin focuses on the healthcare industry and serves as the healthcare finance lead, working with major healthcare provider clients. She has played a vital role in developing Protiviti’s Business Performance Improvement and business services solutions in the Dallas market.
Kevin Rohrbach – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – Dallas
A leader of Protiviti Dallas’s energy practice, Kevin’s recent work with one of Protiviti’s major clients included SAP security redesign, GRC tool implementation, accounting policy development and disaster recovery plan evaluation.
Adam Sharpee – Risk & Compliance – Chicago
Adam is a leader in our Lender Due Diligence practice and focuses on credit and operational reviews for financial institutions, including origination and underwriting of new secured loan products, portfolio management and monitoring of loans and credit and collections functions.
Barrett Shrader – Technology Consulting – Chicago
Barrett leads the Technology, Strategy and IT Operations practice for Protiviti’s Chicago office, focusing on digital initiatives, technology strategy and the delivery of large-scale engagements. Over the past two years, he has worked with a major client to provide a custom-built platform allowing the client’s customers to quote, bind and issue insurance policies online.
Jeremy Stierwalt – Data Management & Advanced Analytics – Chicago
Jeremy’s recent work with a client CIO resulted in a strategic plan that addressed the client’s critical business needs by creating a corporate-wide data strategy including enterprise-wide data governance, data management and a warehousing program.
Brian Sullivan – Risk & Compliance – Chicago
Brian has been an instrumental member of Protiviti’s Lender Due Diligence practice, serving many key clients. He focuses primarily on commercial and consumer financial asset transactions in the secured lending market.
Eric Vyverberg – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory – Indianapolis
Eric is an IT auditor serving Protiviti’s Midwest clients in financial services, manufacturing and healthcare. He is a frequent speaker on internal audit and technology-related topics.
Tomoko Watanabe – Internal Audit & Financial Advisory/Technology Consulting – Tokyo, Japan
Tomoko’s broad expertise enables her to lead internal audit, technology consulting and IT audit client engagements while playing a leading part in expanding Protiviti Japan’s digital capabilities. She has previously studied and worked in the U.S. and manages projects for several of the firm’s global clients.
Chip Wolford – Technology Consulting – Cincinnati
Initially focusing on technology risk and internal audit, Chip transitioned to Protiviti’s Technology Consulting Security and Privacy practice where he leads the payment card industry and healthcare information security practice in the U.S. Central region.
Daniel Baron – Technology Consulting – Los Angeles
Daniel specializes in information security, privacy and regulatory compliance, and leads Protiviti’s Payment Card Industry remediation work in the U.S. West region.
