Protiviti Named to Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® List for Fourth Year

Global consulting firm Protiviti has been recognised for the fourth consecutive year on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list

MENLO PARK, CA – February 15, 2018 – Global consulting firm Protiviti has been recognised for the fourth consecutive year on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. The list is based on a survey of more than 310,000 employees rating their workplace culture on 50-plus elements of their respective companies. These include trust, mutual respect, fairness, camaraderie, pride in their work, executive team effectiveness, people-focused programmes and innovation. The survey was administered by Great Place to Work®.

“Our continuing presence on the Fortune 100 Best list is a source of great pride for us, and we greatly appreciate our employees for making this recognition possible,” said Joseph Tarantino, Protiviti president and CEO. “We believe that empowering the workplace for all of our people helps Protiviti and our clients confidently face the future.”

Protiviti received special mention by Fortune this year for having “approachable” bosses who champion “flexible” schedules, and for “recognition workshops” that train staffers to thank each other meaningfully.

“We consider ourselves an inclusive, ‘people first’ company,” said Scott Redfearn, executive vice president, global human resources, Protiviti. “We’re dedicated to helping our people excel at every stage of their careers.”

Protiviti employees are offered a wide array of personal and professional development opportunities, including a two-day, interactive on-boarding experience; the chance to travel and take international positions; and a generous sabbatical programme that provides 12 weeks off with partial salary and healthcare benefits so that they can pursue their goals and dreams.

Protiviti’s call-to-action for potential employees looking to join the company is to ‘learn every day, be your best self and make an impact.’ Protiviti emphasises the importance of diverse thought, backgrounds and experiences in shaping its teams and how they work on behalf of clients across the globe.

“Our unique culture energises our people to collaborate, innovate and reach their potential,” added Redfearn.
