Olga Robertson

Associate Director

Olga is an Associate Director in Protiviti’s Risk and Compliance function leading CASS and Safeguarding topics. Prior to joining Protiviti Olga worked in a variety of CASS roles, such as an external CASS auditor and in a variety of CASS roles withing banking and asset management, including deputy CF10a. Olga has 9 years of CASS and financial services experience and brings a combination of first- and third-line experience to her work.

Major Projects

  • External Audit and advisory – CASS Audit: Olga led 20+ large and medium CASS audits at one of the Big 4 firms and delivered highest quality assurance reviews for the range of clients within asset management, wealth management and banking industries. Olga also delivered various regulatory reviews on the governance, reconciliations, trading controls as well as delivering training and internal audit.
  • Implementing the Governance framework and controls: as a deputy CF10a, Olga helped Senior Management to implement and build governance framework together with the risk and control framework over the oversight of the firm’s third-party administrator. She has also helped establishing a strong and effective internal control environment and excellent BAU processes.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk and Control Assessment: Olga worked as a business analyst to implement, enhance, and develop bank’s risk and controls framework by performing periodic quality assurance tests working with the various stakeholders withing the bank. Olga also developed and implemented bank’s risk and controls self-assessment matrix and participated in the various governance meetings and committees, working closely with the bank’s Compliance, Legal and Operations teams.
