iGroww - Empowerment

Anneke Wieling
Anneke is Practice Lead for Protiviti’s European Business Performance Improvement practice. She joined Protiviti in January 2006, having previously worked in the advisory practice of KPMG.
 
In addition to her consulting experience, Anneke has worked in companies such as Royal Friesland Foods and Shell, where she held positions in operational and financial management for 8 years. She started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in 1991.
 
Sue Takhar
Sue is the European Marketing Operations and Communications Transformation Director for IBM, having recently returned from New York where she held a similar position for IBM’s North American business. She has over 25 years’ experience in B2B marketing, focusing on demand generation, product announcements, operational excellence and managing cross-border teams.
 
Sue is passionate about mentoring and developing talent and is actively involved in the IBM mentoring program. Being a leader in IBM, she believes in creating the right environment and support for people to reach their full potential through trust and empowerment. Sue also participates in IBM’s community programs and was last year appointed as a Director to the IBM UK Trust.
 
Fintan Canavan
Fintan is an Associate Director based in London within Protiviti’s Business Performance Improvement practice. He joined Protiviti in 2017 to help build a broader Finance Change and Improvement capability, having previously worked at MD level in the Global Finance team at HSBC for over 20 years. Fintan has significant experience directing business change globally across multi-functional Finance teams, managing the business in collaboration with the support functions of Risk, HR, Technology Services and Facilities Management to increase operational effectiveness and exceed business objectives.
 
Chrystal Lecointe
Chrystal Lecointe is a day-to-day manager at Machine Management, looking after singer-songwriter Rae Morris and newcomer Sam Fischer. She was previously the Artist Co-ordinator at UROK Management in London, looking after Jess Glynne, Kiko Bun, Mystery Jets, Ekkah and Plan B. Chrystal also freelances as a creative arts co-ordinator (NewVIc, ARK Schools, Living Song) and is an active singer and performer with notable credits including Urban Voices Collective (Official Olympic Closing Ceremony 2012 Choir, Baftas 2013), WahWah45s Players, RECLondon and "Last Choir Standing" finalists Revelation Choir.
 
Vicki Gavin
Vicki is Compliance Director, Head of Business Continuity and Information Security at The North View group. She is responsible for regulatory compliance and the standard of business continuity and information security globally.
 
Vicki is a delivery focused, people centred leader, who is passionate about helping others achieve innovative, best practice solutions in governance, risk and control. She was awarded the Cyber Security Awards, Woman of the Year in 2015 and Security Serious Unsung Hero Awards, Marathon (Wo)man in 2016.
