PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Emily is responsible for our Bid Management function in the UK office. She works across our consulting solutions and industries to manage our bid portfolio and RFP opportunities. Emily is passionate about building trusted business partnerships, taking the time to fully understand our client’s challenges, their cultures and ambitions in order to develop bespoke, engaging and innovative proposals. Emily has over 10 years experience working in commercial and client facing roles including Bid Management, Account Management and Client Relationship Management. 

MAJOR PROJECTS

Bid Management – created Protiviti’s UK Bid Management function. Delivered a centralized function for all formal bid opportunities including the following activities:

  • Working with Protiviti’s clients to understand their business needs, whilst of their expectations of a service provider
  • Providing clients with bespoke proposals delivering high value consulting solutions which develop trusted business partnerships
  • Creating a standardised process enabling relevant bid data to be more effectively captured
  • Delivering enhanced corporate messaging, incorporating our values, accolades and USPs
  • Embedding innovation throughout our proposal process. This included fostering an innovation mindset, implementing design thinking methodology, utilising new proposal platforms and leveraging multimedia content
  • Collaborating with a range of internal teams to continuously develop compelling proposal design and content.

Business Development – working to develop and establish new business relationships across Tier 1 banks in the UK, with senior and C-Suite individuals. Creating account plans, account performance tracking and delivering account KPIs.

Account Manager – Acting as a Senior Global Account Manager for a primary research firm, delivering

PE Fund and Asset Research – Working within the Transaction Services team of a Management Consultancy as a Business Manager to develop relationships with SMEs, aggregate industry research and develop Asset packs
