Throughout your career, we provide opportunities to grow.
Be Your Best
At Protiviti, you impact our clients, our company and our community.
We empower you to achieve your goals in both work and life.
Benefits that Matter
We offer competitive benefits that include private health care, dental, vision coverage and pension plan. In addition, we support your physical and mental wellbeing through our Employee Assistance Programme, fitness clubs and challenges and dedicated “no meeting zone” through the week to name but a few. We also offer an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) – an annual bonus based on our success as an organisation, career level and personal performance. The ICP is driven by transparency so you’ll know your target award and can track prospective payment.
Growing the Protiviti Family
Our benefits programs extend beyond the individual employee to also nurture their loved ones. In addition to our Adoption Assistance and Paid Parental Leave benefits, we also offer Flexible Work Arrangements. Through Flexible Work Arrangements, our people can temporarily adjust their schedules or workloads to focus on other priorities. Employees can also leverage our Backup Dependent Care program to provide reliable care for loved ones in a pinch.
Becoming a parent is a transition that comes with its own unique career challenges. Through our Parents’ Network, our community of working parents can share ideas, experiences and resources with each other and be a support system through the challenges and milestones of working parenthood.
In work and in life, we have you and your family covered!
Taking Time Off
In addition to a generous benefits policy, our sabbatical program is a unique opportunity to take a personal leave of absence for up to 3 months, while still retaining your benefits. Our people have leveraged this program to discover the world through travel, volunteer their time in long-term charitable projects or follow their educational pursuits.
“I’m off to Italy where I’ll be spending the first month volunteering on a villa in Umbria and exploring the Italian countryside on the weekends! After that I’ll spend some time travelling and participating in various cultural events and festivals throughout Tuscany. For the latter half of my time in Italy, I’ll be living in the Trastevere neighbourhood of Rome and taking art classes! I can’t wait to immerse myself in the culture, practise my Italian, and explore more of the country that I fell in love in college! When I get back, feel free ask me to say something in Italian – I hope to be fluent by then!” – Julia Berchtold, Consultant, San Francisco.
Diversity in Work and Life
At Protiviti we are committed to developing, maintaining and supporting a culture of diversity in employment, where all our employees are treated equally. This is also reflected in our recruitment policies, to ensure we are able to attract a diverse workforce to further support our existing high performing teams. We want you to be able to bring your whole self to work every day, feel empowered in the work you do and supported by your colleagues and peers. Flexible & Agile working
At Protiviti we have seen a number of benefits from virtual working, such as increased collaboration, communication and productivity. We have also seen our employees benefit from greater flexibility in their working day. As an organisation we want to harness this and continue working in this way.
We want to allow all employees to work in an environment which will result in individuals performing their role to the highest standard, so we empower you to exercise flexibility and independent working appropriate to your situation. This could be flexibility in where you work, at home or in the office, or the hours you work. The key to successful agile and flexible working is open and transparent communication, which is the way we encourage everyone to work at Protiviti.
