Jeff is a Managing Director in Protiviti’s Los Angeles office. He has been with Protiviti since 2002 after spending 10 years with Arthur Andersen’s Technology Risk Consulting practise. Jeff leads Protiviti’s global Data Security and Privacy solutions including Payment Card Industry (PCI), HITRUST, CCPA and GDPR services. He is an expert in data security and privacy in the financial services, hospitality and health care industry and has participated in consulting and audit projects for many large companies in these industries. For the last ten years Jeff has concentrated on the design and implementation of security and privacy solutions. Jeff has been selected as an IIA All Stars speakerthreetimes and is a frequent presenter on information security topics. Jeff is a CIA, CISM, CISA, PA-QSA, CIPP/US, CIPT, and PMP.

Stephen has more than 15 years of information security and privacy programme leadership with diverse experience including physical and logical security solution development and implementation, compliance efforts (includingGDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI and FTC Red Flags Rule), business systems development, policy development and maintenance, incident response and operational management.

Brian is a Privacy Counsel Lead at OneTrust where he provides guidance on global regulations and standards, leads platform content development, and assists product innovation efforts. He is also a member of OneTrust's Integrated Management System (IMS) Committee, which is responsible for the successful implementation of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA and other compliance efforts. Brian earned his JD from the University of Maine School of Law, where he was the inaugural recipient of the Certificate in Information Privacy Law. He holds CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM and CIPT certifications, and is an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
