Client Challenge

Our client, with operations in 20 different locations across the MENA region, wanted to reduce employee turnover and attract key talent by generously rewarding its management team. Client wanted to understand trends and practices of different share-based rewards in the local market. Once a suitable incentive scheme was chosen, then assist the client in designing and implementing it.

Powerful Insights

From our vast experience in Reward Schemes, our professionals presented live data pertaining to key trends within the region and trends which were practiced within the airline industry to motivate employees. The workshop included evaluating various Share-based Reward Schemes pertaining to the region the client operates in, with detailed simulations of payout mechanism for each level of employee.  The schemes were linked to Key Performance Indicators to help set the Incentive Grants for employees. Once the suitable scheme was selected, we designed the policy for the share-based reward scheme with communication schedules and templates and further detailed an administrative procedure manual to facilitate the scheme’s implementation. Additionally, we provided Knowledge Transfer Sessions where we trained Finance and Human Resources stakeholders on the implementation of process and financial simulations/forecasting for the reward scheme.
