Jason is a Managing Director and leads Protiviti’s Transformation Programme Execution practise. He has over 18 years of experience in Technology Consulting and holds certifications in project management (PMP, Certified ScrumMaster), ITIL (Practitioner - Release and Control), IT Governance (CGEIT), and IT Audit (CISA). He works closely with clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industry as well as clients in Financial Services, Consumer Products/Retail/Services and Not-for-Profit. Prior to his current role, Jason was part of Protiviti’s Business Performance Improvement and Internal Audit and Financial Advisory teams.
Zack is a Directorin Protiviti’s Business Performance Improvement (BPI) practise, focusing on assisting clients with various business transformation efforts. As part of these efforts, he has assisted clients in a range of activities from restatements and remediation of material weaknesses, to implementation of new accounting standards (e.g. latest revenue recognition and lease accounting standards). Other transformation efforts he has worked on include process improvements, outsourcing, and automation, as well as acquisition integrations. Zack has been with Protiviti since 2008, and is based in New York.
Kristina Collins is a Director in Protiviti’s IT Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practise in San Francisco with 12 years of consulting experience in IT internal and external audits, focusing primarily on the high-tech industry. Her technology clients range from start-ups to global organisations, that often face challenges in adapting to the ever-changing standards on data and privacy. Kristina has a CISA and bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
James is a Director in Protiviti’s Technology Strategy and Operation practise and assists clients with leveraging technology to support strategic business initiatives. He has extensive experience in programme management, IT strategy, IT Governance, and IT compliance.
Tom is an Associate Director in Protiviti’s Risk & Compliance practise in San Francisco. He serves Financial Services Industry clients in the areas of credit risk, operational risk, and project/programme management of key transformational initiatives and large scale programme implementations.
