Current Policy on COVID-19 (as of April 8th)

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the government has issued an emergency declaration on April 7th, targeting seven prefectures, including Tokyo.
In response to this, please let us inform you of our current policy as follows. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to our clients and other related parties, but we ask for your kind understanding in order to prevent spreading and ensure the safety of our clients and employees.

  1. Basic policy

  • We will continue to provide our services while working at home.

  1. Telecommuting Policy

  • Since March 30th, all employees have been shifted to work at home, except for limited case where it is unavoidable to continue the business. In such case, a prior approval of the supervisor is required.​

  • In providing consulting services, our project team would first confirm the client's policy, and then seek a mutual agreement with the client on the working location and the possibility of working at home as much as possible.

  1. Business Continuity Plan

  • Each project team prepares the business continuity plan of the project. ​

  • If requested by the client, we will explain the business continuity plan accordingly.

  • If it might be found that our employee is infected with the coronavirus, the managing director will promptly report the situation based on our response policy to the client company.

  1.  Office related services

  • Representative phone number and e-mail address are available during the weekday.

  • For document requiring company seal, mail and fax, we will handle them once a week. Our sincere apology for the delay.

  • Regarding the sending of invoices, etc., we would be pleased if we can receive them in electronic format.

The above policy is subject to change depending on the situation in the future. In that case, we will inform you again.
