Matthieu Ducrohet is an Associate Director leading the Business Performance Improvement practice for Protiviti in France. He has broad experience of large and international finance or/and procurement transformation programs from strategy to implementation.
He worked with a variety of organizations to transform their finance operating models (future state organization definition, global business services), improve processes (optimization, digitization, automation) and get value from system implementations (ERP, best-of-breed SaaS systems).
In the course of his career, Matthieu has served clients in various industries such as life sciences, retail, construction, utilities and telecommunications.
Before joining Protiviti, Matthieu had 18 years of experience at Accenture and BearingPoint in finance and procurement transformation practices.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Paris-Dauphine university (2001) and is graduated from IMT-BS (Institut Mines-Télécom Business School) in 2002.
