Our conversation touches on numerous future of work-related topics, specifically as they pertain to the finance organisation. Among other things, it’s about achieving the right balance, understanding where we are going to work, understanding how we are going to work, and determining what roles are going to require full-time employees versus what roles can be handled through a managed services model.
