Michael Walter

Managing Director

Michael Walter is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of Protiviti, providing clients with Security and Privacy Consulting. Michael has more than 15 years of information security experience in industry and consulting. Michael spent six years at IBM in the Managed Security Services team. Michael then spent two years at Cybertrust in their professional services practice. After that, Michael Walter was a co-founder of Arsenal Security Group and spent seven years growing Arsenal’s consulting practice. As a Managing Director in the Atlanta office, he focuses on Security and Privacy consulting for large organisations across the United States. Michael has spoken at a variety of conferences and seminars on topics such as Risk Management, PCI, Security Information Management, Social Engineering, Enterprise Security Services, Intrusion Detection Best Practices, and Business Intelligence in Information Security.
