Brian Christensen

Brian Christensen is a member of Protiviti’s executive leadership team and global leader of Managed Solutions and Enterprise Collaboration. In this role, he partners with leaders of Protiviti parent company Robert Half to deliver innovative solutions for clients in addressing their consulting and staffing needs.

Christensen, a founding managing director of Protiviti when it was formed in 2002, has held various leadership roles in the firm’s solution and operation groups prior to his current responsibilities, including most recently as global leader of Protiviti’s Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice. He was recognised by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in 1999 as an NACD Directorship 100 honoree for demonstrated excellence in the boardroom on corporate governance. He was also recognised by Consulting magazine as one of the Top 25 Consultants in 2017 in the leadership category.

Christensen currently serves as president of the Internal Audit Foundation, a non-profit affiliate of The Institute of Internal Auditors. In the community, he has served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Arizona, American Red Cross of Southern Arizona, University of Wisconsin Alumni Association and other youth-related organisations. Prior to joining Protiviti, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen. Christensen holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
