We would like to invite you to participate in a short, focused survey on risk oversight that Protiviti is conducting in partnership with the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO).

The objective of this study is to develop deeper knowledge of the risk oversight process as it is applied by the board of directors, with an emphasis on understanding both the current state and desired future state of board risk oversight as viewed by directors.

The survey will require about 10 minutes of your time to complete. By doing so, you have the opportunity to provide your insights into the evolving issue of corporate risk oversight by boards of directors. You also will receive a pre-publication summary of the results before they are issued to the market. In addition, to recognize the time and contributions of each director, Protiviti is making a $7,500 donation in the name of all survey participants to the American Cancer Society.
